01 About HIve

Who HIve is and who it works with.

What HIve takes on, the kind of businesses it supports and how the work fits alongside your own team.

What does HIve actually do?
Hive Business Solutions Private Limited takes on the day-to-day operational work that pulls leaders away from growth — customer support, back-office processing, technical helpdesk, recruitment and more — working as an extension of your own desk rather than a third-party vendor.
What kind of businesses does HIve work with?
Both established enterprises aiming to reduce costs and rapidly growing businesses ready to expand. HIve serves businesses across the United States and sets up support teams that fit in with the way each one already works.
Will our customers know the team is outsourced?
The team is trained on your product, tone and escalation rules and works inside the tools you already use. The aim is for it to feel like an extension of your own desk, not a vendor on the other end of a ticket.
02 Services

The work HIve teams can take on.

The six service streams, how they fit together and the sectors they can support.

What services does HIve offer?
Six service streams that can be combined: Customer Experience & Support, Back-Office Operations, Technical Support & Helpdesk, Talent Sourcing & Staffing, Content Moderation & Digital Safety and Dedicated BPO.
What is a dedicated BPO pod?
When an entire business function needs looking after from start to finish, HIve builds, trains and manages a pod tailored to your SOPs and KPIs — with a turnkey team setup including supervisors, direct alignment to your internal SLAs, and continuous quality metrics and audits.
Which industries can HIve support?
HIve's service streams can support businesses in sectors such as E-commerce, Real Estate, Healthcare, SaaS, Professional Services, Home Services, Finance and Hospitality — the same services, adapted to each sector's workflows.
Can the team scale up or down as our needs change?
Yes. Flexible setups that scale up or down as your business shifts are part of how HIve builds every team.
03 Working together

How an engagement actually runs.

Onboarding, hours, access to your systems and how you stay informed once the team is up and running.

How does onboarding work?
Every engagement follows the same four steps: Listen first, Draw up the plan, Get started and Keep improving. Timelines depend on scope and are agreed with you while the plan is drawn up.
How will we know how the work is going?
Through clear, regular reporting, so you always know where things stand. HIve keeps reviewing performance, exchanges frank feedback with you and adjusts the output.
How is data and account access handled?
The team works inside the tools and systems you already run. The exact access setup depends on your systems, so it is agreed with you during planning rather than assumed up front.
What hours does HIve work?
HIve's own team is reachable Monday – Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM. Coverage for your customers, including 24-hour customer support, is scoped to each engagement — tell us the hours you need covered.
04 Pricing & contracts

Pricing and contract terms.

Straight answers on cost and commitment — the detail depends on your scope.

How much does outsourced support cost?
Pricing is designed to be predictable and cost-effective, without hidden overheads. The exact figure depends on team size and scope — reach out and we'll give you a straight answer rather than a generic number.
How long is a typical contract?
It depends on the service and scope. Reach out and we'll walk through what fits your business rather than locking you into a one-size-fits-all term.
05 Getting started & careers
